Why no price per user
A price per seat makes the problem bigger.
If you pay per user, you give access to a handful of people. The rest simply carry on — on their own
phone, in a chat window nobody is watching.

looks at it. They cost you nothing extra, so there's no reason to leave them out.
The AI training applies to your whole workforce anyway
The AI Act requires everyone who works with AI to have sufficient AI literacy
(Art. 4), not only those with a licence. That's why we charge by firm
size: that's what you actually buy.

What you probably want to know.
Why is the price above 30 employees on request?
Because the price then depends on your volume of client files, the number of departments and whether you
connect SharePoint. We look at that in a twenty-minute demo, and afterwards you get a fixed proposal:
one amount a month for your whole organisation, with no extra charge afterwards. Up to 30 employees
the price is fixed: €175 or €350 a month.
Who counts as an employee?
Everyone who works at your firm, whether or not they use PrivaSearch. That's deliberate: the AI training
you get applies to your whole workforce. Part-timers count as one person.
Is there a free version or a trial account?
No. An account is always paid, and we don't set up a trial environment with your real client files. We
do show you in a twenty-minute demo what happens to fictitious documents from your sector.
What happens if we go over the page volume?
Then you order more, at the rate per 1,000 pages in your proposal. Until then, new pages wait; what has
already been processed stays available.
What do I pay the one-off setup for?
For setting up your organisation, projects and roles, going through your AI policy and DPIA, and
training the people who will review documents. That's work we do per firm, not something you have to
figure out yourself.
Is there a contract term?
Twelve months. After that, cancellable monthly. The setup fee is invoiced on signing, the subscription
yearly in advance — or monthly, at an extra charge.
What happens to our data if we stop?
When the agreement ends, we delete your environment, with the originals, the derived data and the
pseudonym mappings, or return the data, at your choice. Statutory retention obligations and any legal
hold take precedence.
Honest about what you're buying. The generated documents are starter documents, not legal
advice: a lawyer or data protection officer has to check them against your situation. Automatic detection of
personal data is never complete — that's why the human review is mandatory and can't be skipped.
